Drexel, Barrell & Co. was the civil engineer and surveyor for the FLATIRONS REHABILITATION facility located at 1107 Century Drive in Louisville, CO. The 42,000 sf 2-story building and site was developed for use as a skilled nursing/rehabilitation facility. Site design included sanitary/storm/water extensions and an onsite stormwater quality & detention pond. A tiered retaining wall was designed to accommodate a large amount of slope across the 2.64-acre property. Drexel Barrell also provided Construction Administration services on the project to the Contractor, The NEENAN Company, throughout the construction process until final completion.
