Paul Moreau is a senior transportation and traffic engineer with over 23 years experience in Colorado. He has extensive experience in roadway engineering,signalized and non-signalized intersection design, and traffic engineering. Paul is the technical discipline leader of Drexel Barrell's Transportation and Traffic Engineering Group.

  • I-25 COSMIX Design/Build of ten traffic signals at Bijou and Rockrimmon interchanges, Colorado Springs;
  • SH-2-Colorado Boulevard/Alameda Ave Reconstruction, Denver;
  • US 287/50 Reconstruction, and Lamar Bypass Conceptual Design of six miles of 4-lane rural divided highway in Prowers County;

  • US 85-S. Santa Fe Dr./CO 88-Belleview Ave. Interchange Single Point Urban Interchange-ramps and frontage road design, Littleton;
